HOMEWORK FOR THE WEEK OF 4/24-4/30

This week we will not do our reading logs. (Yippee!) Instead, you will complete the Atalanta's Race "$2.00 summary" assignment. You have the choice of posting it here, or writing it out on the handout I give you in class on 4/24. This homework assignment will be collected/due Thursday 4/30.

    Alanta was raised by a she-bear. Alanta gave men a challange who ever beat her in a race will get to marrie her.A man named hippiones beat her by throwing down a golden apple and they got married.

    Atalanta was raised by a she bear and born with speed and everybody thought she was beautiful. She challenged everybody to a race and if you win you marry her. If you lose death.

    think that Atalanta didn't want Hippmoniss to die because she thought that he was cute. But Hippmoniss found a way to beet Atalanta. with the help of Aphrodite he took 3 apples and dropped each of them till Atalanta got all of them. By the 3rd he won the race and she lost.

    Atalanta was raised by a she bear. She had gift of speed and beauty. Wanted to get marry to a guy that will beat her. Set up a race but guys lost.expect hippopaimes which distracted with 3 glod apples and won.They got married but got turn in to animals.

    Atalanta was raised by a she bear. She had the gift of speed and beauty. She wanted to get married to a guy that would beat her. Set up a race but guys lost, except Hippomones with 3 gold apples won. They got married but got turned into animals.
