Skim through the Time for Kids I gave you in class Thursday (4/16). Suppose I asked you to read an article orally with great expression and intonation. Choose a sentence to copy, and explain which word/s you might stress, or where would your pitch go up to make your expression sound great !

ReplyDeleteI would keep my pitch down at the end period. The words I would stress are "three months" to let them see it's a long time to stay.

I would stress the word dang because its funny. I would make my pitch go up after welcome!
A deadly fungus is attacking frogs in the wild. i would stresss the word wow! Because iam suprized that scientists cant do any thing about the fungus effecting the frogs in the wild.
ReplyDeletei picked A BIG MONSTER because more the 147 million years ago. huge reptiles ruled the seas. scientists at the university of oslo natural history museum, in norway, say that they new fidings about one of the largest predators ever to hunt on earth. predator x was larger and stronger the t rex.
